Train like
the pack.
A strength and conditioning gym for men and women who show up, put in the work, and don't need convincing twice. Free weights, functional training, and coaching that pays attention.
Built for people who train with intent.
Real equipment
A proper free-weight zone and functional training area — no queueing behind a machine that's half broken.
Coaches who watch your form
Every trainer at K9 corrects technique before it becomes a habit, not after it becomes an injury.
Women's hours, respected
Dedicated women's fitness slots led by a female trainer, in a floor plan that doesn't feel like an afterthought.

A gym run the way a good trainer runs a session — with attention.
K9 Fitness sits on the 2nd floor above 6th Cross Road in Austin Town, opposite Jassma Mandir — a neighbourhood gym in the truest sense, built for the people who live and work around Victoria Layout. No sprawling chain-gym anonymity, just a floor where the coaches know your name and your last set.
Quality over noise
We didn't fill the floor with flashy machines nobody uses correctly. Every rack, plate and kettlebell earns its space because members actually use it — and our coaches make sure they use it right.
An atmosphere that respects everyone
Men and women train under the same roof, with hours and programming that actually consider both — including dedicated women's-only sessions led by a female coach, not bolted on as an afterthought.
Discipline first
Every program at K9 starts with form and consistency, not shortcuts. Progress is measured in sessions shown up for, not just weights lifted.
Rooted in Austin Town
A neighbourhood floor for Victoria Layout and the surrounding blocks — close enough to train before work, or straight after.
Trained together
Members push each other the way a pack does — coaches included. Nobody trains in a corner unnoticed.
